Binabadan.com Operating Time and Holidays.

1. Online Ordering: 24 hour, 365 days.

2. Online Payment: 6.00 am to 11.00 p.m. or depending on Bank's policy.

3. Monday- Cut-off time for same day posting/shipping is 1pm.

Tuesday to Friday - Cut off time for same day posting/shipping is 2.00 p.m.

4. Binabadan.com ONLINE STORE DO accept orders and online payments made during Holidays. All orders will be shipped the Next Business day.

5. Binabadan.com DOES NOT SHIP ORDERS DURING AND ON: Saturday, Sunday, National Holiday, Wilayah Persekutuan & Selangor Holidays, Guru Nanak Birthday, Vaisakhi Celebration.

6. Telephone calls: We answer all calls from 11 am to 5pm. After 5pm, the phone is SWITCHED OFF.

How to Order from Binabadan.com

1. Choose a language, English or Bahasa Malaysia. Depending on which Language is available at that time.

2. You need to register an account with Binabadan.com. You can register during ordering process.

3. If you already have an account with us, click "Log In".

4. Browse website and available products.

5. If you like any item and very sure to purchase it, click "Buy Now".

6. Once you have finish shopping and would like to pay for it, click "Checkout".

7. You will be prompted to Address confirmation page. You may ship your order to any other address beside billing address. You may save up to 10 shipping address in your Address Book.

8. Now, confirm your Billing and Shipping address.

9. Choose a payment method.

10. If you change your mind and would like to Change or Cancel order, click "Cart Contents" and change the Quantity or Remove an item.

11.Once you have chosen Payment Method, Confirm the order and the transaction is completed.

Payment Methods.

1. Internet Banking. You may transfer fund from any bank in Malaysia your Internet. You will need an Internet connection, Internet Banking Username and Password.

2. Credit and Debit Card (Visa and MasterCard only). We accept payment from Visa and MasterCard. All ATM card now comes in Debit Card format and has Visa or MasterCard logo. You may use Debit Card at Binabadan.com website.

Shipping of Order.

1. We ship your order on the same business day as long the payment is made before 11 a.m. (Monday) and 2.00 p.m. (Monday to Friday)

2. We ship your order using any Courier company that provide affordable yet decent service.

3. Order takes 1 to 5 business days to reach depending on the area. City and Town area is faster while rural area takes longer.

Damages and Shortages


Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to Binabadan.com within 24 hours of receipt. Binabadan.com will then either issue you credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise. Binabadan.com will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. Binabadan.com will then either issue you credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise.



Refund Policy on Returns

You must contact us at service@binabadan.com for a return of any merchandise due to damages and incorrect product caused by our mistake.
 
 We do not accept returns if you order incorrect product.


We cannot accept Return and give Refund if product has been opened.


We cannot accept Return if you do not like the taste of the product or the taste is off and not to your expectation.
 
 All sales final on clearance and short-dated items. Clearance and short-dated items are not returnable or refundable for any reason. Short-dated items have a "best by" date displayed after the product name and are sold for a reduced price.
 
 DVD/s are not refundable for any reason. If you receive a defective DVD, please contact us to exchange it for a replacement.
 
 Free GIFT are not returnable nor replaceable.
 
 On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us so we can exchange it for the correct item.
 
 If your package is returned to us for reasons such as refused delivery and failure to delivery after three attempts, you will be responsible for COURIER actual cost to re-ship the package and the return charges.


Back Orders 

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this case, we will mark the product "out of stock" on our website. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will hold off shipment of your entire order until all products are available. You should place a separate order containing only in-stock products to have it processed immediately.
