1. Online Ordering: 24 hour, 365 days.

2. Online Payment: 6.00 am to 11.00pm.

3. Monday to Thursday. We pack and ship/post all orders from 8am to 2.30 pm. Cut-off time for same day posting/shipping is 2.30pm.

4. Friday. We pack and ship/post all orders from 8am to 12.00 pm. Cut-off time for same day posting/shipping is 12.00 pm/noon.

5. Saturday, Sunday, National Holiday, Wilayah Persekutuan Holidays: SHIPPING DEPARTMENT & WAREHOUSE IS CLOSED. We still accept orders and payments made during Holidays. All orders will be shipped the Next Business day.

6. Telephone calls: We answer all calls from 8 am to 5pm. After 5pm, the phone is SWITCHED OFF.

How to Order from Binabadan.com

1. Choose a language, English or Bahasa Malaysia

2. You need an account with Binabadan.com before making any purchases. Click "Create Account"

3. If you already have an account with us, click "Log In".

4. Browse website by Category or Brand Name.

5. If you like any item and very sure to purchase it, click "Buy Now".

6. Once you have finish shopping and would like to pay for it, click "Checkout".

7. You will be prompted to Address confirmation page. You may ship your order to any other address beside billing address. You may save up to 100 shipping address in your Address Book.

8. Now, confirm your Billing and Shipping address.

9. Choose a payment method.

10. If you change your mind and would like to Change or Cancel order, click "Cart Contents" and change the Quantity or Remove an item.

11.Once you have chosen Payment Method, Confirm the order and the transaction is completed.

Payment Methods.

1. Internet Banking. You may transfer fund from any bank in Malaysia your Internet. You will need an Internet connection, Internet Banking Username and Password.

2. Credit and Debit Card (Visa and MasterCard only). We accept payment from Visa and MasterCard. All ATM card now comes in Debit Card format and has Visa or MasterCard logo. You may use Debit Card at Binabadan.com website.

3. Manual Payments. You may pay us manually using ATM machine. Use ATM Card to transfer fund to Binabadan.com. You may use ATM card issued from any bank in Malaysia.

4. Cash Deposit via the counter or Machine. You may also pay us using Cash Deposit Terminal or Cash Deposit over the counter.

5. You have to make accurate and exact payment as we do not have refund policy simply because the bank charge us fund transfer fee. It would not make any business sense if we were to refund back small change. Therefore choose a proper Payment Method.

Shipping of Order.

1.  We ship your order on the same business day as long the payment is made before Cut-Off time.

2. We ship your order using any Courier company that provide affordable yet decent service.

3. Order takes 1 to 5 business days to reach depending on the area. City and Town area is faster while rural area takes longer.

4. Effective 29th September 2010, all shipment to Kuala Lumpur address will be delivered SAME DAY (if paid before or by 2pm)or NEXT DAY SHIPPING OR LESS THAN 24 Hour (payment made before 12 mid night).

Damages and Returns.

1. Sometimes, when order has been shipped, Customer may have changed their mind. Therefore please make a careful decision before making an order. We will not entertain any Return of order once it has been picked up by Courier company.

2. All orders comes WITHOUT INSURANCE. It is the customer who decides if they want to Insure the package against product Damages. Goods are damaged when they are handled during Transit. Binabadan.com is not responsible for Damages. You have to make a claim from the courier company. Insuring the package may incur extra cost and delay in shipping times.
